What you receive

What costs extra
Running costs, photography and brand rights, marketing, and separate iPhone or Android apps. Further expansion is quoted separately.
A little clarity on our roles. We look after design and development; the client looks after content, data licences, publishing permissions and ongoing legal compliance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for claims arising from client-provided content, permissions or use of the platform.
Scope & delivery details
- We agree features, delivery checks, taxes, payment terms and estimate validity in writing before each phase. Timelines depend on supplier access and agreed scope.
- Where suppliers support it, the update target is 10–30 seconds. This is not guaranteed for every score or story. Formula 1 live timing requires suitable rights.
- The build includes data connections, news review tools and checks for delayed feeds. Uncertain stories are held for review.
- Search, statistics and team pages are assigned by phase. Newsletters and further features need agreed scope. Cricket is outside this proposal.
- Data and publishing rights must be confirmed before launch. An audience growth plan should also be agreed.
